| A while before WoD launched Blizzard mentioned there would be extra ways for Guilds to keep earning gold. So far, our guild is down 20k and the coffers are continuing to go down. I've lowered the amount available for us to repair from slightly but it didn't help to stop the bleed. We just don't make enough gold to offset what we use.
I'm sure we aren't the only Guild facing this problem. It's not an issue yet but give it a month or two more of progression Raiding and it will be. I wonder what Blizzard has in mind to help Guilds out? I know we get some gold from Dungeons and we can also make some from Challenge modes and battlegrounds but that doesn't seem anything like the healthy income we had before.
It's a tricky one from their point of view. The perk that added extra gold to the Guild bank, led to many Guilds mass inviting members. I can't think of a way they can make a good balance of allowing Guilds income without forcing players to run content over and over when they don't want to.
Guild lotteries - server based perhaps? That would be very funny

| Back in Cata, me and guildies would sell BOE drops and put gold in gbank. Ofc, we would allow people to keep gold from some items, but 1 BOE per week was more than enough, it was 5-10k gold.

| the most permantent solution would indeed be to sell BOE drops. I've seen it done many times in previous guilds, BOE that is no upgrade for anyone = sell on AH for guild
I'm definately also up for a few challenge modes with guildies. I have no idea how much you can earn from that and if it would be a long term solution but for the time being it might help stabilise the coffers.
Please everyone who is willing to help out with a challenge mode group please let us know here or send a pm, also mention which days of the week.

| Selling Raid-BOE's is a good plan, but with the new personalloot system I havent seen much BOE-items dropping.
