The really amazing thing about this is:
We can now do normal mode raids cross realm. What that means is that I can write a recruitment post telling the WoW community about our Guild. Before this change, I would only make a post on the Lightbringer forum and on the PvE forum which is for all the realms. The problem with the last one is that so many posts go up, that your own post gets quickly lost. My intention now is to post on each realms forum. I'd guess that is something like 100 forums! I'll explain in the post that new members can come and hang out with us and raid with us before having to commit to a server transfer!
In the coming weeks, I will organise some normal mode raids. To start with, we will try and invite players that we know, so we can wipe until we get used to the big step from Flex. Later on, I'll arrange runs through open raid and start directing people who are interested in joining us, to come along.
This is all very exciting news! I knew that this would happen in WoD but I'm very surprised it has happened so soon!
