Hey all,

I've been reading a little bit about some PVP addons and decided to get the following ones:

- Healers have to die
- Battleground targets (this shows which players are mostly targeted by other teammates)
- GladiatorlosSA (a voice that tells you what your target is casting so you know when to interrupt)

Might be good if all of us get the Battleground targets one.

Do any of you use more that are extremely helpful?

Cheers!
I think there is a DBM addon for pvp as well which is very useful when you want to know the standing in for an example Arathi Basin. Let say, when alliance have two bases but more points, is it still possible to win if those two bases are defended? Or do we have to take a third?

It also shows how long until a base or tower is captured from when the flag was tagged.

I have to look into it, because it's possible it wasn't even DBM...  dry

Battleground targets

I think this one shows how many are targeting a player, rather than who is most targeted. I'm not 100% sure that it is this add-on that does that, but there is an add-on for that.

LoseControl is a good CC-timer add-on, it shows the duration remaining for CC's cast on you (above your character if I remember correctly).

I just looked, there is a DMB add-on for PvP, I didn't go through what it does. There is Capping Battleground Timers that does that and a bit more.

Also PvPTimer does timers for DoTs and cooldowns of enemy players.

For me personally, I never use add-ons. I find the Blizzard Interface sufficient for all my needs. Although I use DBM at first just to learn some fights. Used to have DpS meter as well, but haven't used it in ages.

Healers Have to Die.
This charmingly named addon, while a little brutish, is nigh-on vital for Battlegrounds and relatively handy for Arena, although I don't use it for that.
What does it do? Well, it places a massive great symbol over the head of any healer, friend or foe. Enemy healers get a massive red cross over their head, and friendly healers get a symbol rather like the healer symbol in the role check or Dungeon Finder.
It should be noted that if you don't have name plates enabled, the addon won't work.
It will also send you some huge text whenever a friendly healer is under attack and tell you who's attacking them.
This is really handy in Battlegrounds. Remember that healers keep you alive, and if you can help them out, you'll end up with fewer deaths and more honor!
In Arena, it should be pretty obvious who the healer is.
